Google Ads and paid advertising

How we approach advertising work
Advertising is bought in an auction and reviewed by the platform that sells it. Bid prices, available inventory, targeting options, ad review outcomes and policy enforcement are decided by that platform, not by us. We can plan a campaign, structure it, run it and improve it on the evidence — we cannot control the market it competes in.
Advertising, monetisation, and user acquisition performance may vary depending on the product, audience, advertising budget, market conditions, creative quality, platform policies, competition, and other factors. No specific result is guaranteed.
Platform policy compliance
Advertising, publishing and monetisation policies are treated as a constraint on the work, not an obstacle to be worked around. Content, creatives, listings and implementations are checked against the policies that apply before launch, and remediation work is done in the open. Where an account or listing has already been actioned, we can review it, fix what is fixable and prepare an appeal — but the decision belongs to the platform alone, some enforcement actions cannot be appealed, and no approval or reinstatement can be promised.
