  • What you are building or promoting: the website, application, or store listing, with links where they are already live.
  • Where things stand today: an existing Google Ads or AdSense account, a published application, a live website, or a fresh start.
  • What you want the work to achieve, and any date you are working towards.
  • The access you can provide, such as an advertising account, Play Console, hosting, or analytics, and who holds those accounts.
  • Any budget you have in mind, kept separate for advertising media spend and for the work itself.
  • For a policy problem, the exact wording of the warning, disapproval, limitation, or suspension notice you received.

  2. We set the scope out in writing

    Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and commercial terms are put in writing for you to review.

  3. Work begins once it is agreed

    Work starts after the written scope is agreed and the necessary account access is in place. An email exchange alone does not form an agreement.
